About these terms
These website and service-enquiry terms apply to use of the Helprite Cleaning & Laundry website. These terms explain how website enquiries and service quotations work. Any agreed booking may also be subject to service-specific written terms.
Quotes and bookings
Prices shown are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. A request for a quote does not itself create a booking. A booking is agreed only when the scope, schedule, location, price and any specific conditions have been confirmed.
Service scope
Services may include laundry, linen hire, turnover cleaning and other commercial cleaning. Any inclusions, access arrangements, property condition requirements, collection and delivery times, and extra charges should be agreed before service commencement.
Payment and cancellation
Any deposit, payment timetable, late-payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling conditions must be provided clearly before a contract is formed. Consumer statutory rights are not excluded. Some distance or off-premises consumer service contracts carry a 14-day cancellation right; the rules and exceptions depend on the contract and how and when performance begins.
Damage and liability
If you believe items or property have been damaged, contact us promptly with relevant details. No term on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. Any business-to-business liability provisions should be separately agreed and reviewed.
